“Our son has grown tremendously as a musician and performer since joining WDSS. Lannie’s mastery of Suzuki, fiddle, and improv and her calm, fun, and firm teaching style were what initially sold us on WDSS. But then the studio’s emphasis on community and performance added unexpected bonuses in the form of new friends (for him and us) and confidence in playing. The time commitment is substantial, but we now have a 10 year old who can really play and even volunteers for solos!”
